I find that Dr. Srinivas takes time to explain all the procedures. He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. His staff is also extremely helpful. Dr. Srinivas has a great co-ordination with his assistant and hygienist and they work very well together. He was also very down to earth and polite throughout the process. Thanks Doc!

The waiting time is a bit uncomfortable. Understand delays do occur, however, that could be communicated to the patient who is waiting his/her turn patiently. The land line is not attended promptly. If everyone is busy the no could be recorded and called back. Otherwise the expertise is superb and procedures r done professionally with high degree of commitment and skill.

It is like a family to me. Normally dental treatment is scary. But I enjoy every moment , I climb on the chair.
