1) Invoice should be Issued to the patients for Fee 2) Lady sitting at the Cash counter is unprofessional in accounting. for my total billing of Rs.1635, I paid Rs.2100/- in return I got Rs.435/- whereas i was suppose to get ₹465/-. It is not about negligible amount of ₹30/- its all about professionalism in the work. And i was unable to check the balance due to non availability of Invoice 3) Doctor is extremely good
