Completed BDS from the Dental Wing of The Madras Medical College (the present Madras Dental College) in 1980 and is in private practice ever since. His passion for dentistry makes him update his knowledge continuously through various continuing education programs. The courses and lectures he attended runs in hundreds, but the major ones are the following: Orthodontic program conducted by Progressive orthodontic Seminars, USA. Dr.Vasanth has been practicing orthodontics the POS way for the past 14 years, and is now the instructor for India. Pankey Institute at Miami, USA, on centric relation .For the past 8 years, he has been treating patients affected with TMD migraine and myo-facial pain. Attended a hands-on program on endodontics conducted by Dr.Musikant from New York. Attended the first Implant Maxi-course conducted by AAID
